We're really happy to hear you enjoyed the food during your morning visit, but we're genuinely sorry for the service issues you experienced in the evening. That night, we had a larger-than-expected group upstairs, which caused some delays in getting food and drinks out. Unfortunately, this led to longer wait times, especially for smaller groups like yours, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We always aim to provide great service to all our guests, no matter the size of the group, and your comments are a helpful reminder for us to improve.
