I've ordered the tofu scramble twice - once it was just like you said - way too much tamari. Second time it was great! My husband had it another day and said it was really good that day as well. Maybe different cooks? I'm willing to try again but will maybe ask for them to go easy on the tamari. I got the biscuit on the side too - sounds like they need to be a little more vegan-aware!
