I went vegetarian at the age of 15, vegan since 2004 as I could no longer ignore the dairy issue and, as many of us feels, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Recently I've become a "health freak" following a nutritarian diet that Dr Fuhrman advocates and loving it. Also an art lover and a crazy cat lady, my favourite pastime is learning about nutrition, binging TV series and wasting time on YouTube.
