I know my profile says Vegan. I also can not call myself a pescatarian or a vegetarian. For the reason I do NOT eat any form of animal produce. I do NOT eat any form of dairy. But I do on occasions still eat fish or seafood products. So I prefer to say I fallow a Plant Base diet. All my protein powders my soaps my clothes and linens everything I consume or purchase I do my home work make sure it is best for the environment and cruelty free and manufactured conscientiously. Please keep in mind I am well aware and it saddens and breaks my heart knowing how we are destroying our OCEANS by over fishing and dumping all sorts of debris in our oceans it is so sad what we are doing to our planet. I working on on day soon. I will be able to officially say I am Vegan with a capital V. In the mean time I will have to stay with the title of Plant Base. And I proud to be part of a community that is working on making a difference. For our children and or future generations to come after we are long gone
