Since 2016, I've been on an incredible journey of exploring vegan and vegetarian lifestyles after being inspired by documentaries like Cowspiracy and Before the Flood. Although I dabbled in eating meat and fish during the 2020 lockdown, I decided to fully embrace a plant-based lifestyle again in the summer of 2024.
