Immensely Proud to be Vegan for Life 💗 If you can be anything, be Kind💗 Happily married 30 years+ 💗 Happily retired from the NHS at 55 😄 Resisted Social Media until my Mum died suddenly six years ago, this powerful tool opened my eyes up to the sheer cruelty of animal 'production' for food, among other things, and immediately became vegetarian. Educated myself further (movies, documentaries, YouTube, joined Veganuary and Challenge22) so that I easily transitioned to being vegan. Lost 'friends' along the way, but strong enough the follow my own heart and truth. Trying to gently influence friends and family, but plan to become more active doing the Cube of Truth. Love to travel, walk our rescue dog Murphy, get out in nature as much as possible, meditate daily, go to the movies.
