Newly vegan! I feel reborn. This isn't my first time going vegan but I hope it'll be my last. I was omni and had 'rules' about foie gras, Peking duck, red meat, etc, but realized just how horrible the industry really is. Seaspiracy got the ball rolling for me after realizing MSC certification on sardines a friend had bought was used to conceal the origin of the product (Vietnam). I feel like I can live without the guilt that comes from eating and purchasing animal products now!
