Hej! I’m Julie, raised in a little French town. I worked my fair share of time in the hospitality business in various countries. In France I worked in bakeries, a restaurant but also as a body piercer! I lived in London, England, for a while where I was a pub and music venue manager. At that time I also catered for touring bands who were playing in London. I traveled a bit, worked as a café chef in Banff, Canada, and then landed in Göteborg. I am now the owner of a vegan / vegetarian catering business. My cooking is a mix of healthy food, such as salads or breakfast wraps, and comfort food like quiches, savory pies and stews. The vegan “cheeze” making came to me as I was missing dairy cheese but was never satisfied with the ones available on the market. Then I made my own!
