I’m a traveling free spirit, who usually needs to move around and shake things up every few years. We have recently relocated from Colorado to Quito, Ecuador! I became vegetarian 13 years ago when I lived in Shanghai, China. I’ve been vegan for the past 4 or 5 years now and plan to keep it that way! You can’t unlearn and unsee the things that should make us all vegan. As a traveler, I rely heavily on reviews and recommendations and therefore love giving back and contributing to the community!
