My mission is to empower vegans to be healthy ambassadors for this way of living. Through my website, www.empowertotalhealth.com.au and my health consulting practice, I teach people how to transition to a healthy vegan diet, and adapt it for their life stages. I live with my husband, two kids and rescue dog, all of whom are vegan.
