Originally from Germany, I stopped eating meat as a little child, long before veganism was a thing. I was six years old and decided I don’t want to eat animals anymore. Meanwhile, I’ve lived in London, Barcelona and settled down at Newport Beach at Sydney’s Northern Beaches with my Australian, seafood loving husband. We eat out more often than not and depending on my mood, you can find us in a hippie vegan hole in the wall or fine dining. My husband always makes sure there are plenty of vegan options for me no matter where we go so I make an effort to take him to the best seafood places which is why a lot of my reviews will be from places that are not strictly vegan.
