I love the story of the boy throwing the starfish back into the sea after they get washed up on shore. When he's told 'You can't make a difference- there are so many starfish', the boy picks another one up, put it into the sea and says 'I made a difference to that one...' . I try and remember that story when I think I can't make a difference in this world.
