Vegan for 37 years. I went vegan after watching a TV clip about BSE (mad cow disease). I've had some dreadful meals over the years so I'm on a mission so vegan options are standard on menus in restaurants and cafes. It's getting better but still lots of room for improvement 🌻🌱
