Plant based since 2017, very very occasionally eats fish ( only recently ) when other options do not exist. Became plant based because of a dairy intolerance and the rest came naturally. Happy, healthy and with a far better diet than before! I need to eat well because I work 3 FUN jobs! I am an Actress, Headshot Photographer and an Optometrist. Yes! All 3. Guess which came first.
