I’m a Software Engineer that switched alliances and turned Vegan in January 2020 for the better. After my ACL, Meniscus and MCL reconstruction surgery on my knee after a sporting injury in 2019, all the research to help my recovery pointed me to a plant based diet, alongside some inspirational documentary’s I watched, my journey began. Initially the swing in lifestyle was based around losing weight, recovery and general health, I’m glad and proud to say, now it’s about so much more!
