I’ve been an oil free vegan since Sept of 2022 for health reasons. .Still learning and adjusting to the vegan lifestyle as I love to eat and love to cook and have been a foodie at least until becoming vegan. Being oil free makes it extra difficult to find accommodating vegan restaurants.
