An American who has been living in Korea since 1995. Seen it all. I've been (mostly) vegan since the end of 2023. Best move I ever made. My primary reason is health so I avoid the saturated fats and sugars that many vegans who are more focused on animal rights may enjoy. For me the animal rights and environmental impact are a giant bonus that I love.
