I am a vegan and egalitarian writer and teacher. I live completely drug-free: no alcohol, no smoking of any kind, etc. I do not watch regular TV, or believe what is "fed" to us by the media. I reject patriarchy, and all that it embodies, including capitalism, sexism, racism, xenophobia, and speciesism (including meat eating, animal use in science, animal ownership, etc.) among many other manifestations of othering, exploiting, oppressing, commodifying, and killing.
