I don't understand how someone can be vegetarian and not be vegan... if you are lacto-ovo vegetarian, you are supporting the rape of dairy cows, supporting the veal industry, contributing the terrible abuse of millions of egg-laying chickens, and in general- still killing animals. No offense, but WISE UP!
