    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200 C degrees (390 F).
    Use the food processor to blend the chickpeas. Scoop into a mixing bowl.
    Do the same with the remaining ingredients. Add content to the mixing bowl.
    Combine and add salt to taste to mixture.
    Form into small ball shapes, and place on a baking tray.
    Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Ingredients

    1kg (2.2 lb) garbanzo beans (chickpeas) left overnight in water
    1 handful fresh parsley
    1 handful coriander
    3 garlic cloves
    1 red onion
    sesame seeds
    salt
