    Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in a tall glass. Garnish with mint leaf.

    1 fresh or frozen banana
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    mint leaf for garnish (optional)
