Bean Stew With Oatmeal

In a heated pan pour in a tablespoon of olive oil, and add in cumin seeds. Fry until fragrant for a minute then toss in 1-2 chopped onions, let them get golden and beautiful, then add paprika and fry it up with the onion for additional 5-6 minutes, adding splashes of water when needed.
Add in the cooked white beans and stir in the rest of the spices. Pour in water to cover the beans and let them simmer for ten minutes. add in 1/4 cup of oats and a couple of tablespoons of chia seeds, stir and let them soak up some liquid and get plump for 6-7 minutes. Drizzle on some hot sauce and enjoy.
