Buffalo Cauliflower Wraps

Instructions
To make these chop cauliflower into florets and put them into a bowl.
Next, coat cauliflower evenly with Buffalo sauce (amount is optional, 1 cup should get your cauliflower coated nicely)
Sprinkle your choice of spices onto the coated cauliflower
Bake the cauliflower on a baking sheet for 30-40 minutes at 350F (flipping the florets at half way)
Suggested serving the baked cauliflower in a wrap with shredded lettuce, extra Buffalo sauce, vegan ranch, and vegan cheese.
