Instructions
- Make a thick batter with the besan, ginger - garlic paste, garam masala, caromseeds, salt & water.
- Add the cauliflower florets and coat well.
- Place the florets in a single layer in the Airfryer basket.
- Airfry at 170C for 15 - 18 minutes until a crisp golden brown.
Serve warm with your favourite chutney or dip.

Ingredients
* 2 cups of cauliflower florets
* 3/4 cup besan or gram flour (use more as needed)
* 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
* 1/2 tsp Curry Powder / Garam Masala powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds
* Salt as needed
* Hot water to mix in - use only a few spoonfuls as you need a stiff mixture
* 3/4 cup besan or gram flour (use more as needed)
