Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies

Preheat oven to 375Fahrenheit
Beat together the margarine and sugars. Add the mashed banana, vanilla, and water. Mix well.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients.
The final batter should be almost too dry to hold the chocolate chips. If it isn't, adjust the amount of water or oats.
Bake them for 10-15 minutes on an un-greased cookie sheet. Cookies are done when the bottom starts to turn light brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container, they freeze well too.
