Preheat oven to 180C or 350F
Mix the margarine, brown sugar, caster sugar, non-dairy milk and the vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix flour, baking powder and chocolate chips in a separate bowl. Then add to your sugar mixture and mix until combined.
Form small balls out of the dough, flatten them and put them on a lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
