Easy Cheesy Quiche

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
2. Line a 10-12” tray with the puff pastry sheet and lightly score the pastry on the bottom of the dish .
3. In a separate bowl, add the cheese, garlic, salt, turmeric, onion, kala namak, and any extra veg and herbs.
4. Crumble in the tofu after draining (no need to press beforehand, the moisture helps combine the mix).
5. Mix throughly until everything is evenly incorporated.
6. Add the tofu mixture to the pastry case and even out.
7. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 mins (until the pastry is golden and risen on the edges)
8. Leave to cool overnight for a classic British picnic quiche, or eat warm for a melty cheesy hit!
