In a big bowl add the dry ingredients and mix together.
In another bowl mix the vinegar with the soy milk. Slowly add this to your flour mixture and stir until combined, leaving some clumps.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil and add heaped spoonfuls of the batter to the pan.
After a couple of minutes flip your pancakes over until lightly browned.
Serve and enjoy with toppings of choice.
