Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Mix wet ingredients in your mixer until well blended.
Mix dry ingredients well in a separate bowl, and sift.
Add your dry to your wet a little at a time til it is blended well.
Use a spoon or mini ice cream scoop to make even cookies.
Grease your cooking sheet with oil and place cookies at least 1 inch apart.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Take them out and flatten with a fork, then put them back in for another 5 minutes.
Let cool on cookie sheet and enjoy.
