    Instructions

    Make zoodles out of the zucchini and the carrot.
    Cook the spaghetti and the zoodles (seperatly, you can use the water where you've cooked the zoodles as broth for another recipe).
    Heat some olive oil and add the onions and garlic and fry until soft.
    Mix all the ingredients toghether in a big pan and serve.

    Ingredients

    300g spaghetti
    2 zucchini
    2 carrots
    2-3 tsp olive oil
    Bunch of your favourite herbs (parsley, basil, dill, tarragon) as much as you like
    Your favourite seeds and nuts (sunflower seeds, pumkin seeds, crushed almonds and cashews) to sprinkle on top
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped garlic bulb
    Salt, pepper
    Juice of one lemon
    Chillies (optional)
