Fried Millet Rice with Mushroom and Mustard Greens

Instructions
First cook the millet rice by placing millet, rice, and water in a pan and stir. Turn heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Once it has reached a boil, turn heat to very low, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 25 minutes. Turn off heat, take the cover off from the pan and allow to cool.
In a large skillet, heat oil and saute the onions and ginger for 3 minutes.
Add mushroom and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Add millet rice and cook for 4 minutes.
Add soy sauce, white pepper, and garlic powder and mix until everything is combined.
Add mustard greens, turn off heat, and serve.
