    Instructions

    Peel the fruits and add all the ingredients to your blender.
    Blend for 30 seconds and it’s ready to drink. Serve and enjoy.

    2 cup homemade almond or hemp milk
    1 fresh mango
    2 ripe bananas
    1 1/2 cup baby spinach
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon matcha green tea
    1/2 cup ice cubes
