Instructions
Mix ingredients in a bowl with your hands and knead until smooth (approximately 5 minutes). Add flour or water as necessary to achieve smooth texture.
Set aside for 10 minutes. Dough should become softer.
Cut into 4 pieces.
Roll out dough on floured surface as thin as possible (it should flatten to roughly the size of a large plate).
Using a heated pan, cook tortillas until bubbles form then flip to other side until lightly brown.
