    A simple recipe that can be used many ways!
    With a large knife, cut two half-inch thick cabbage slices off cabbage, cut away stems. Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium, don't add oil. Place cabbage slices in fry pan, sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic.
    Flip cabbage slices after a few minutes, flip again minutes after this. Make sure cabbage is browning just a bit, never blackening or overcooking. Three flips generally achieves the best result.
    Serve with plant-based sides, make sure to sprinkle a smidge more lemon juice and a pinch of dill on each slice for flavor. Can be layered in sandwiches or added to bean burgers or other creations easily. Enjoy!
