Preheat the oven to 177C (350F).
Grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray/oil or use a non-stick material.
Blend all the ingredients until you make a dough.
Dough should not be too runny but also not too grainy. If it is too runny add more oats and/or banana and if it is too grainy try adding some water or almond milk.
Put the batter in the loaf pan. You can garnish the top of the loaf with more oats, nuts, sliced banana or any other topping if you want.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center of the loaf and take the bread outside of the oven when it comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool completely or enjoy it hot. It will be more consistent when cool but it is up to your personal taste.
Store in the fridge for a few days, preferably in an airtight container. Approximately 80 calories per slice.
