Preheat at 180C (365F).
Mash the bananas and mix them with applesauce, water, white vinegar and sugar.
In another bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. In the beginning you might have some lumps, but as you continue to mix they will smooth out.
Next add the vegan chocolate chips. Place the mixture into a greased Pyrex or non stick tray (22 x 33 cm).
Bake for 40-45 minutes (check at 40 minutes). Let cool, serve and enjoy.
