    Instructions

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse well. Combine pasta with vegetables and 1 cup Italian Vinaigrette dressing or vegan dressing of your choice. Serve cold. Variation: You can also lightly steam the vegetables.

    Ingredients

    2 cup pasta of choice
    1 cup Italian or salad dressing of choice
    1 cup carrots, chopped in small pieces
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1 cup cauliflower florets
    1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
    1 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
    1/2 cup sundried tomatoes (optional)
    black pepper to taste

      Add crumbled feta and it makes it!! YUM!!!
