    Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and cut them in not so small pieces. Boil the potatoes in water, the bulb of garlic and laurel.
    While the potatoes are boiling, mash the two cloves of garlic and set aside.
    Heat the oil and add a teaspoon of paprika and the mashed garlic and stir a little bit.
    When the potatoes are properly boiled remove the water, the laurel and the bulb of garlic and add the oil with the paprika and the garlic.
    Mash everything with a spoon till you get a smooth pureé. Add salt if desired
    Serve in individual ceramic bowls with a dry red wine with if desired.

    1 bulb and 2 cloves of garlic

    paprika to taste (sweet or hot)
