    Spread bolognese sauce on top of the pita. Add the cheese and spices. Then add the toppings. If you want, add more cheese.
    Place in the oven or toaster oven for 10 minutes at approximately 350 F degrees (or microwave for 3 minutes) and enjoy your personal pita pizza.

    Ingredients

    1 piece of pita bread (medium or large size)
    3 tablespoon bolognese sauce
    1 handful grated vegan cheese
    Italian herbs and spices to taste
    Topping of choice (such as mushroom slices, diced onion, diced bell peppers)
