Instructions
Grind cashews, pomegranate seeds and lemon grass in a blender.
In a bowl mix syrup, salt, coconut flour and grated coconut.
Shape the balls into the size you prefer, place on a tray and refrigerate until hardened.
Serve and enjoy!
