    Instructions

    Boil potatoes until tender. Let potatoes cool to room temperature and cut into cubes. Combine all remaining ingredients with potatoes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Ingredients

    8 medium red potatoes, peeled
    1 cup red onion, finely chopped
    1 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    1/2 cup eggless mayonnaise
    1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
    dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
