Preheat oven to 180C or 356F
Mix the quinoa and the beans, mash them together until you get a paste.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and form the patties.
Bake patties in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with your favorite toppings and veggies on a bun. Enjoy.
