Raisin and Banana Pancakes

    Instructions

    In a medium bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder (optional).
    Make a well in the middle and add the mashed banana, milk and maple syrup. Combine all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. If the batter feels too thick, add 1-2 tablespoon of almond milk. Fold the raisins into the batter.
    Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour about 2 tablespoon of pancake batter and fry for about a minute on each side, until golden brown.

    3 tablespoon raisins
    1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 small ripe banana, mashed
    1/2 cup dairy free milk
    2 tablespoon maple syrup
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
    vegetable oil, for frying
