Instructions
For the Topping:
Mix the jam with the chia seeds and let it rest until thicken.
For the Base:
Blend the dates until they are fine.
Then, add the rest of the Base ingredients and mix until it acquires a dough-like consistency (add water if needed), which you then press into a container.
For the Filling:
Drain cashews and blend them with lemon juice (plus water if needed) until it acquires a cream cheese-like texture.
Then, spread on top of the base, followed by spreading the topping on top of the filling and freezing it for an hour.
Put in the fridge for an hour and remove it from there 30min to an hour before serving.
