Instructions
Blend together walnut meat ingredients. Scoop out and set aside.
Process all cashew cheese ingredients together, adding water as needed, until fluffy consistency. Scoop out and set aside.
Use blender to mix all together marinara ingredients to make a sauce. Scoop out and set aside.
Blend together avocado ingredients. Scoop out and set aside.
Cut zucchini in half, and make 1/16 inch slices.
After blending each component separately, lay the sliced zucchini on a plate, add the cheese first because of the consistency.
Add the walnut meat, marinara, and pesto.
