    Instructions

    Rinse quinoa thoroughly using a fine mesh strainer.
    Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker with a non-stick pot. Select rice function. It will take 9 minutes to cook quinoa in a pressure cooker.
    Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil before serve.
    Serve organic turmeric quinoa over raw salad to make a complete meal.

    Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa
    1 1/2 cup filtered water
    1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
    1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
    1/2 teaspoon mushroom powder
    Black pepper, to taste
    Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
