    Instructions

    Soak 6 pitted dates in half a cup of boiling water with agave nectar (to taste) for one hour.
    Soak your chai seeds in water for 20 minutes.
    Once everything is ready, combine all of your ingredients into a blender until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy.

    2 teaspoon peanut or almond butter
    1 teaspoon dark cocoa
    25 grams chai seeds
    1 cup plant milk of choice
    6 dates, pitted
    Agave nectar, to taste
