    Instructions

    Blend coconut milk, berries, and agave syrup in a kitchen machine.
    Slowly heat in a large pot. Once starting to cook, immediately turn down the heat to low/medium, add the agar-agar and stir continuously for 3 minutes.
    Add vanilla or cinnamon or your preferred dessert spice while stirring.
    Fill into cupcake molds and place in fridge overnight.

    4 cup blackberries and raspberries
    1 400ml can coconut milk
    4 tablespoon agave syrup
    4 teaspoon agar-agar
    optional dessert spice
