Instructions
Fry diced onion and minced garlic cloves in olive oil until onion reduces in size, then add red pepper and keep cooking on low.
Steam asparagus.
Add asparagus to onions and pepper mix.
Mix silken tofu with nutritional yeast, turmeric and salt and add to cooked vegetable mix and combine
Add chives.
Pour tofu mix into pastry, then push cherry tomato halves into mix (seeds up)
Cook for 40 minutes at 180C (fan oven)
