    Instructions

    1. Peel and steam potatoes.
    2. Blend cooked potato and all ingredients until smooth.
    3. Cook mixture until thickens.
    4. Transfer mixture to a fondue pot with a burner.
    5. Serve with assorted dippers and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    300g potato
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp tapioca starch
    3 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1 tsp Himalayan salt
    1 tsp seasoning powder
